行列の大黒屋拉麺★ Daikokuya Ramen, LA

10月2日、リトル東京「大黒屋」のラーメン初挑戦しました。いつも1時間以上の行列を見てあきらめてたのですが、それほど並んでなかったので。それでも席に着くのに44分待ちました。

"Daikokuya Ramen"@LA: I tried it for the first time on Oct. 2, 2011. It's on 2nd Street in Little Tokyo. lots of people are waiting in line for more than one hour all the time, so I did not try there, before. This time not many people were waiting in line, so we got in the line. Well, we waited 44 minutes to be seated.

吉麺～酸っぱくてスパイシーで辛いラーメンとか。
冷やし中華

Kichi-Men (Lucky Noodle): It's spicy hot and sour Noodle.
Hiyachi Chuka: Cold Noodle Chinese Style

餃子　$5.95
Gyoza (Dumplings)
焼きたてはハネが繋がって1枚に見えます。お箸で切り分けたもの。

When it's served it looks like one sheet of pancake. We separated pieces with chopsticks.

サラダ / Salad
コンビネーションを注文すると無料でサラダが付きます。キャペツの線切りにサウザンドアイランド・ドレッシングをかけたもの。
A Salad comes with a Combination order. It's shredded Cabbage with Thousand Island Dressing.

大黒ラーメン $8.50
Daikoku Ramen
豚こつ醤油味のラーメンです。とにかく量が多い。他のラーメン屋の普通サイズの2倍以上あります。
焼き飯とのコンビネーションで頼み、$11.50でした。

It's Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) and Soy Sauce Base Soup Ramen Noodle. It's so big in volume. It's more than twice the regular Ramen Noodle at some other Ramen shops. I ordered as a combination with Fried Rice at $11.50.

焼き飯/ Fried Rice
とっても柔らかい焼き豚、卵などが入ってました。

It had very soft BBQ Pork, Eggs, etc.

ラーメン（普通サイズ）と焼き飯(半分サイズ）を並べるとこんな感じです。
ラーメンの量がめちゃくちゃ多いので、焼き飯はほとんど食べずにお持ち帰りにしました。

It looks like this when Ramen (Regular size) and Fried Rice (Half size) are placed together. The Ramen had a big volume, so we could not eat Fried Rice and took it home.

店内にはボンカレー、オロナミンC、金鳥などレトロな看板が並びます。

They display old Japanese commercial Advertising boards in the restaurant.

10月9日コスタメサ・マルカイ内にある大黒屋ラーメンで食べました。
値段はリトル東京店より少し安めでした。それにこちらは並ばなくて済みます。

We had Ramen at "Daikokuya Costa Mesa" location inside Marukai market on Oct.9, 2011. The pricing was little less compared to Little Tokyo location. Also it's great that there is no line of people here.

大黒屋吉ラーメン
Daikokuya Kichi Ramen
並サイズが$7.95、小のハーフサイズが$5.50でした。豚こつ醤油ラーメンに、酢とラー油を足したような酸っぱくて辛いラーメンでした。

Regular size is $7.95, Small (Half size) is $5.50. It tasted like they added Vinegar and Hot Spicy Red Pepper Oil on Daikoku Ramen.

Daikoku Ramen was Regular $7.50, Small (Half size) $4.95.

マルカイ・コスタメサ店内のフードコートの一角にあります。
こちらもレトロな看板が並びます。

It's located inside the Food Court at Marukai Market Costa Mesa location. It also displays old Japanese advertising boards.

大黒屋は他に、アーケディア店、モンテリーパーク店、ハシエンダハイツ店があるそう。

Other Daikokuya locations are Arcadia, Moterey Park, and Hacienda Heights.
