駅ビル一階に行列のあるシュークリーム屋を発見。5分並んで5個買う。
メープルシロップの香ばしい香り。
シューがカリカリに焼け、中のクリームはとろーり。
ネット検索すると、メープルハウスのさくさくメープル・シュー。
本店が金沢市。東京には錦糸町店のその小さなテークアウト専門店しかなかった。
他に富山市、福井市、大阪、京都などに出店がある。
我ながら美味しいものへの臭覚と直感に感心。
1個150円。5個以上買うと箱詰めしてくれ、ドライアイスを入れてくれた。

On 6/12/2008, I went to Kinshi-cho in Tokyo.
I discovered a cream puff store at the train station building on the first floor with several people lined up. I waited in line for 5 minutes and bought 5 cream puffs.
The aroma of maple syrup was inviting.
The outside shou was burned and crispy. The inside cream was creamy and soft.
I searched Internet and found the store is "Maplehouse Saku-Saku Maple Shou".
It's main store is located in Kanazawa city.
There is only one small take out only store in Tokyo at Kinshi-cho.
Other stores are located in Toyama city, Fukui city, Osaka, and Kyoto.
I was amazed at how sharp my intuition and smelling ability was at delicious foods.
It was sold at 150 yen ($1.40 each).
If you buy 5 cream puffs, they could be boxed with dry ice packets.
