「夏の北海道祭り」がニジヤマーケットで　7月11日（金）～14日（月）まで全米全店で開催されてます。LAX 空港から16分のニジヤトーレンス店に行ってきました。
"Summer Hokkaido Fair" is being held at Nijiya Market at all locations in USA from 7/11/2014 to 7/14/2014. I went Nijiya Torrance store, 16 minutes from LAX Los Angeles airport.

北海道さんのいろんな食物、デザート、お菓子、お酒、昆布などが販売されてました～。

Lots of Foods, Desserts, Snacks, Sake liquor, Konbu, etc. are being sold there.








こんだけいろいろ買って来ました～。。

I bought several kinds of them this much~~...

私がアメリカでこの28年以上観た花火大会の中で、最高傑作　でした！　　

This fireworks show was the Best & Superior one I saw in over 28 years of my life in USA!
無限なる感謝！　　Infinite Gratitude!

もうすぐ　7月4日米国「独立記念日」です。

今年も　家から徒歩30分以内の、レドンドビーチ・ピア（桟橋）の花火大会に行く予定です。トヨタ自動車、ホンダ自動車、数百件の日系会社があるトーレンス市はお隣さんです。トーレンス市の花火大会は、2010年7月に終了しました。　　
サンタモニカ大学、レドンドビーチ市の花火大会がず～っと続きますよ～に！

July 4th, "Independent Day" in America is coming around soon.

I planned to go to the fireworks show at Redondo Beach Pier. I can walk there from my house within 30 minutes. Torrance city is the next city near by. Toyota Corporation, Honda Corporation, and some hundreds of Japanese corporations are located in Torrance, CA. The fireworks show in Torrance finalized in July 2010.
May the fireworks shows at Santa Monica College and Redondo Beach city will be continued forever!

8ヶ月ブログをお休みし、ご無沙汰しました。ずっと iPhone から写真をフェースブックにアップしていました。
さて、2014年6月28日には、サンタモニカカレッジで「祝いアメリカ・花火夏祭り」があることを地元の友人に教えていただき、行ってきました。
Sorry for not updating my blog for a long time, over 8 months? I kept uploading photos via iPhone to my Facebook page for a while. A local friend told me "Celebrate America 2014" fireworks show will go on at Santa Monica College on June 28, my birthday, this year. And I went there.


I came to LA and studied at Santa Monica College right after graduating Shuyukan High School near Fukuoka Dome in Fukuoka City, Japan. I graduated SMC and attended the graduation ceremony around 1986. The actor, Toshiro Mifune was there, awarded a Special Professor's title, and gave us a special speech, and I got his photo taken.

6月28日は、私と双子の妹の誕生日。出身大学で誕生日に、花火祭りがあるなんて、嬉しくなって、参加しました！

June 28th is a Birthday for me and my twin sister. It made me so happy that Fireworks show is held on my birthday, so I attended it!

今までに観た花火大会で、最高傑作でした！
しかも 無料で、ライブ音楽ショーもあり、いろんな食べ物、飲み物店も出てました。

It was the most spectacular Fireworks show I've ever seen, and the admission was Free! There were several Live Entertainment Music shows, Food & Drink shops, too.
